1. Nhân viên IT

Mô tả công việc

- Tham gia quản trị hệ thống mạng WAN/LAN, máy tính, CCTV camera… tại công ty.
- Cài đặt và xử lý sự cố hệ điều hành, phần cứng, phần mềm trên máy tính;
- Trợ giúp, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật cho người dùng;
- Lập tài liệu hướng dẫn và dữ liệu báo cáo liên quan hệ thống CNTT;
- Hỗ trợ người dùng trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp qua các công cụ hỗ trợ;
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin;
- Hiểu biết về hệ điều hành Windows, mạng, phần cứng và thiết bị văn phòng;
- Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, kĩ năng giao tiếp, báo cáo tốt;
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên;
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản;
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ liên quan đến CNTT, kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp nước ngoài.

2. Sample Manager

- Good vision, color proficient

- Sound garment construction knowledge in knit & woven apparels

Yêu cầu công việc

- Computer Literate

- Must read/write/speak in English

3.Sample Room Development Manager

Mô tả công việc

1. Ensure to provide support to HQ Business Unit and Product Development Team.

2. Responsible for the staffing function, training, planning, organizing and quality assurance.

3. Sample Planning & Team Performance

4. Supervise & provide technical support & training for the teams.

5. Analyze all construction, sewing details, automation template to simplify assembly processes in production.

Yêu cầu công việc

Major Responsibilities 

1.     Provide guidelines and training to Development Team in carrying out SOP based on brand’s or buyer’s requirement.

2.      Responsible for the implementation of quality assurance, technical compliance and performances

3.       Plan together with Technical & Sample team on all development sample.

4.       Work together with Factory Manager & Merchandising team for all Bulk Samples orders. Monitor sample status to ensure delivery on time.

5.       Ensure all necessary clarification are done before conducting internal comment meetings for Sample Development and PPR Meeting Bulk Production.

6.      Analyze tech pack with Product Developer or Technical Designer on construction and workmanship, simplify assembly for processes to optimize productivity.

7.      Oversees the administration of the day-to-day operations of sample output.

8.      Work closely with Sample Supervisor to ensure sample is sewn according to patterns with good quality construction.

9.    Monitor Sample operators and Fit Technician activities and performance

10.    Update and report WIP & Monthly KPI Charts.

Special Responsibilities 

1.        Assist Product Developer during the visit of buyer’s Development Team in factory.

2.       Arrange Ad hoc samples when assigned.

3.      External – Customer’s Designers / Developers and Technicians

4.      Internal – Product Developers, Merchandisers, production office, offshore factories, quality and procurement teams

5.      Ensure 6s practice is in place within the workplace.

Knowledge and Skills
