Job description:

Location: Long An / Tien Giang and required to travel for business to Binh Duong

Main responsibilities:

• Auditing internal operation activity of Dragon-Fruit supply chain
• Evaluation of the raw material quality
• Development of Quality Control system

Functions:

• Farm pre-harvest audit (following Global GAP, BRC and Export standards)
• Harvest audit:
  • Hygiene
  • Quality of raw material
•  Control on the production line:
  • Raw material
  • Fruit grading line
  • Fruit washing line
  • Vapor heat treatment line
  • Packing line
  • Loading
• Reporting:
  • Quality reporting
  • Traceability reporting
• Development:
  • Implement continuous improvement method

 

Education:  College

Experience: 1-year experience in the Quality or Agro department.

Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes:

• Diligent careful and responsible
• Autonomous
• Base in English is mandatory
