1.Nhân viên kỹ thuật sản xuất – Đóng gói
Mô tả công việc
- Vận hành và thực hiện các công việc theo đúng quy định, nội quy an toàn và tham gia thực hiện các hoạt động an toàn, LOTO, cải tiến nhằm duy trì môi trường an toàn trong trách nhiệm làm việc.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và điều kiện quy trình phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, quy định, thủ tục và tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến & hoạt động nhằm ngăn ngừa các vấn đề về chất lượng trên dây chuyền đóng gói.
- Vận hành tất cả các máy móc/ thiết bị của dây chuyền đóng gói dựa trên WIs SOPs, SDs,… và hồ sơ điền đầy đủ để đảm bảo các hoạt động được thực hiện đúng. Đóng góp vào các hoạt động cải tiến trong quá trình đóng gói để đạt được hiệu suất của thiết bị/ dây chuyền.
- Thực hiện và tham gia vào các hoạt động & nhóm Cải tiến UPS/ AM, CILT 5S, Sự xuất sắc của tầng cửa hàng, Quản lý trực quan… tích cực để đảm bảo tất cả, máy móc/ thiết bị và nơi làm việc tuân thủ các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn và tối ưu hóa để cải thiện hiệu suất của máy móc tại nơi làm việc.
- Thực hiện các công việc bảo trì cơ bản (CM & PM) theo tiêu chuẩn, quy trình và tích cực tham gia một số hoạt động cải tiến TPM, (RCFA, Dừng máy nhỏ, giảm sự cố…) để bảo vệ toàn bộ máy móc/ thiết bị.
- Tham gia các hoạt động đại tu nhằm đảm bảo tuổi thọ cho toàn bộ máy móc/ thiết bị.
- Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động trong ca phải được ghi chép và báo cáo chính xác, kịp thời cho cấp trên và các nhân viên vận hành khác của ca sau cùng theo dõi.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Cơ khí / Điện
- Đọc và hiểu các thuật ngữ tiếng Anh kỹ thuật
- Ms.Word, Ms.Excel
- Có kinh nghiệm vận hành và bảo trì
- Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, ý thức kỷ luật cao
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, phân tích
- Hợp tác, tinh thần đồng đội
2. Warehouse Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
* Safety & Sustainability:
- Act in accordance with the safety regulations.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Stimulate an open environment where safety is put first, by sharing safety concerns, acting as an example and addressing each other on safety.
- Perform regular planned safety audit (planned site tour, BBS, BAS…)
- Perform coaching on safety behavior and compliance for related parties working at sites.
- Control the compliance (company regulation and policy) of related parties working at sites.
* Warehouse planning & operational execution:
- Execute according warehouse activities
- Monitor deviations from the plan and escalate to the team leader if needed.
- Translate cascaded information into clear instructions to the warehouse operators on their daily tasks.
- Supervise the execution of operators: forklift drivers, truck drivers. Ensure the executions of those resource are smooth, efficient, & in a way of compliance and safe condition.
- Plan and book the daily resoure requirement to deliver the according warehouse activities at his designed working areas.
- Daily problem solving with LSP’s supervisor or representative at sites.
- Execute the according system transaction by real time following and compliance with Company related processes(Apply e-POD and e-invoice)
- Play main facilitator for daily DCS (Gemba, lead DCS meeting, & follow up DCS actions)
* Inventory management:
- Perform regular stock counting in accordance with procedures.
- Perform rootcause failure analysis for inventory discrepancies and bring discrepancies to the attention of the team leader for correction.
- Correctly register scrapping and write-off.
- Execute required visulization exactly as system quality status (block good).
* Storage & stock quality assurance/ management:
- Monitor and control proper physical storage conditions preserve the quality of the goods.
- Regularly inspect the outer packaging quality for incoming and outgoing goods. Separate quickly quality defective goods in stock and ensure that they are not picked.
- Audit to ensure operators follow exactly FEFO guidance sheet.
- Performs root cause analysis on stock quality issues due to warehouse operation.
- Ensure the bock stock are visualized exactly as required.
* Assets & equipment management:
- Ensure all the warehousing assets and equipment are maintained in good working condition according to the applicable regulations. Ensure all the available assets and equipment are properly used according to the specifications.
* TPM & Continuous Improvement:
- Record data to contribute to DCS as end user.
- Initiates actions to improve in safety, warehousing processes, assets, stock quality and/or inventory management.
- Participate in TPM improvement activities.
* Management reporting:
- Ensure data is recorded in the system correctly and on time to enable management reporting.
- Ensure the operators (contractors) raise report real time for safety tags, operation tags, nearmiss, accident…
* Organization & People management:
- Actively be part of the team. We only win together. Work on personal development via own PDP.
Yêu cầu
- Working & Thinking level: university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Ecomomic, Transport, Import/Export...
- Willing to work in shift: 3-shift
- Experience / skills required:
+ At least 3-year in warehouse/DC/Inventory/Logistics supervisory level, shopfloor operations, warehouse data management,...
+ Other skills and languages:
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- SAP ECC or other ERP system. WMS if applicable.
- Language: both English and Vietnamese
