1. E&A Specialist II

Mô tả công việc

- Improving, optimizing and writing the programs to ensure smooth operations.

- Trouble-shooting, solving problem at production.

- Participating in the in-house or new projects

- Preparing the planned maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Doing the annual budget for electrical equipment.

- Planning spare part stock for safety and saving cost.

- TPlanning, assigning and coaching subordinates to enable them to fulfill their tasks and KPIs.

- Weekly, Monthly report to update the status.

Yêu cầu

- University graduate in Automation-Electricity.

- Knowledge of office network, industrial network, PLCs, Automation Architechture as international level for Breweries, General Performance Indicators of Heineken.

- 2-year experience in working with PLCs/ DSC/ SCADA control system.

- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills.

- Being able to communicate in English (specially technical jargons).

- Focus to details and accuracy.

- Team working and leader skill.

 

2. Mechanical Specialist II

Mô tả công việc

- Be responsible for maintaining equipment in utilities plant and brewing area to achieve the targeted equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
- Manage the maintenance plan execution for production line to ensure the KPIs achievement with lowest possible maintenance cost.
- Apply TPM to achieve and maintain KPIs of Engineering.
- Manage the BDA systematic and minor stop, speed loss systematic of packaging line.
- Execute mechanical planned maintenance to achieve efficiency target of utilities plant and brewing area.

Yêu cầu

- University degree in heat and refrigeration technology or mechanical field.
- At least 1 years’ experience in repair, maintenance and mange spare parts for machine/ equipment in the beverage & food factory.
- Ablity to work independently and good team work.
- Good English skills, writing, reading, speaking & listening.
- Office computer skill (excel, word, PowerPoint…).
- AutoCAD software fluently using.
