Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for the Multicolor Tinting Machine in painting shops to ensure that the machines work well and customers have strong belief in Jotun Multicolor. The position’s responsibilities include:
• Installing Multicolor machines for new customers;
• Providing Multicolor technical services, including calibration, maintenance, and repair;
• Addressing customer complaints related to color by offering technical consultancy;
• Developing Multicolor services on the technical side by creating and updating new values for the Multicolor service;
• Coordinating with the local/regional team to update and share new Multicolor information internally;
• Generating Multicolor service reports for new installations, closed cases, and maintenance status to the superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields;
• At least one year of experience in technical support and customer service, preferably with experience in Multicolor Tinting machine installation and maintenance;
• Good communication skills and effective customer service;
• Proficient in basic English and possessing good computer skills;
• Willing to travel.
